Have you ever been injured and thought, "damn this is it. I can't do this lift or even the sport anymore. What am I gonna do now?" or have you been injured and because of the pain you decided to quit and back out of your sport, goals, dreams, and progress? Injuries are the worst, and they suck to deal with because the things that were effortless to you are now a little difficult. Sometimes it's something that you will have to deal with for the rest of your life, but guess what, It's up to you to become an expert in your injury and learn about how to function with it and at an elite way!
