Today we are in year 2020. let's take the next decade and say every year all you gain is 5lbs. In 12 months all you gain is 5lbs, not bad right? A lot of people can lose 5lbs overnight, so gaining 5lbs a year sounds like it wouldn't be to bad. Let's also say you're 25 right now and for next 10 years all you gain per year is 5lbs. By the time you're 35 you will have gained a total of 50lbs. 50 extra pounds on your joints, 50 extra pounds for your heart to pump blood through, 50 extra pounds that will press against your lungs making it hard to breathe. 

 

This simple story happens millions of times to millions of people. This never made sense to me until the great, Tyler Christensen shared his story. His story is truly eye opening. He simplifies the facts of weight gain and weight loss. He talks about how fitness and movement improve brain functions, how you can save more money by buying healthier foods, and how making a change today can change your entire life. 

 

The most amazing thing about Tyler's story is how he struggled in the beginning. How he lost weight then gained weight and ended up gaining more weight than with what he started with. This part of his story is amazing because he didn't quit. This part is amazing because this shows even with how great his success is with his body, it didn't start off all sunshine and rainbows. It's okay if you fail. It's okay if you feel like nothing works. Tyler will bring you the inspiration you need to push forward in this episode.
